Our process kicks off with gaining a comprehensive understanding of our clients vision for their project.
At this stage we undertake workshops with our clients to identify key objectives and goals, and begin implementing a roadmap to achieving a successful venture.
The next stage is to begin conceptualisation of the event. At this stage initial concepts are generated to discuss both internally and with the client. Important factors which will influence the next stages such as choosing the right venue are also discussed.
At this stage the idea starts to take shape. The design team and event producers work in tandem to develop the concept in line with the clients vision. The narrative/ story of the event is defined and scripts or artist impressions are developed in line with deliverables defined in the initial workshops.
The next stage of the process is development. This phase involves planning and preparation for the event itself. Budgets are allocated, programme implementation, procurement and construction begins.
The final stage is the activation of the event itself, whether the event is a conference, fashion show, or a 200 guest banquet, our event producers and technical project managers are on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Once we have finished orchestrating your dream event, our team will derig the event and carry out a debrief with the client to ensure complete satisfaction.
